SMART Services

There is no "right" way to get help after experiencing a sexual assault. If you have experienced sexual assault, it is important that you know it is not your fault. If someone you know tells you they have been sexually assaulted or abused, it is important to believe them and listen. Support is available and many resources for such incidents are outlined below.
